Culvert work in Sonora, CA The Bank of America will be moved 50 feet east toward the corner of Stockton Street and Washington Street. Caltrans is beginning an emergency culvert replacement project on SR-49 (Stockton Street) to improve drainage and address a partially collapsed 150-year-old culvert.
