Little Oasis Trail
The "Little Oasis Park" was created in a joint effort with the Sonora Area Foundation. This 2.3 acre parcel was a donation to Tuolumne Park and Recreation District from the Tuolumne Band of Me-Wuk Indians. The project involved clearing some of the undergrowth just outside of the wetland area to install a split rail fence. Then a walking path and foot bridge dotted with benches allowing visitors a leisurely stroll through this peaceful setting.
